What about value ? You are getting a trained and qualified Restaurant Manager. I know where to get everything you need, probably cheaper than what you would pay for, also way faster.
Renting equipment, crockery, glassware, cutlery, chairs, tables, linen, venues, staff and also can anticipate most issues that could happen on the night. In some cases, we also organise equipment to be picked up, which saves you hundreds on delivery fees!
Jim's 60th birthday Party
Venue hire, catering management, staff recruitment and training, equipment hire, service on the night, cleaning venue the day after and more. Jim just had to seat back, relax, and enjoy a great night with friends !
Sensory Dining Project
The concept was to push boundaries of an extravagant dining experience by enhancing the senses and controlling the smell, the feel, the noise, the light like no one ever did in Cairns before. Licking plate, blind tasting, dry ice, liquid nitrogen and entertainment were all part of a night so private that only a bunch of lucky locals could attend & rave about.
Located in the tablelands, Growin' Hospos has met with T&P for 2 hours, discussed about what they wanted and did everything from there. For 40 people we have transformed their home and organised a warm, down to hearth yet professional wedding they will remember their whole life. We have created a unique logo matching the theme, and countless of other attentions to make the event one of a kind.
Wine Degustation Vivaldis
For this project, I helped Thomas design a wine selection to match his chef's menu, and also helped on the night during service. We can design Wine menus with the strong support of local suppliers making sure it is balanced, profitable, and adapted to the venue.
